A few useful answers.
Does BalSure collect payments?
No. The first version records payments you have already received by cash, check or Zelle. It does not move money or connect to your bank.
Do customers need an account to see a receipt?
No. They can open the receipt link you share. Anyone who has that link can view that receipt, so share it carefully. The business owner can disable the link.
Are WhatsApp messages sent automatically?
No. You choose the recipient and send the prepared message through WhatsApp yourself.
Can I start using it for my business today?
BalSure is currently a prototype. Its business records are stored in the owner’s browser, while shared receipt snapshots are stored online. Separate business accounts, cloud record storage and subscription access controls are still in development. Please contact us about the pilot.
